Warehouse delays

Unfortunately our warehouse is experiencing some delays due to some large fulfilments for other customers. They are working as hard as they can to keep up and we are monitoring the situation with them closely.

  • Regular shipping is delayed by a 2-4 days.

  • Shipments outside of the EU are delayed by 1-2 weeks

  • Any enquiries we do for missing parcels will also take extra time (anywhere from a couple days to a week).

We have an open tech support issue with squarespace about our confirmation and shipping emails being marked as spam by gmail. If you could double check your spam/trash folder to see if the emails might be in there that would be great. If you could mark them as not spam it might train the gmail filter better.
