Shipping Delays

General

Due to the large volume of orders (Black Friday and Christmas) at our warehouse and shipping partners, there might be delays regarding your shipments.

UK and Ireland

We received the following update from our international carrier, Maersk, regarding the UK and Ireland. Please be advised: 

Please keep in mind that the expected delays are estimates of when the delays are expected to be fully resolved. This does not mean that the parcels will be delayed by that full amount.

We would like to inform you about delivery/pick up impacts for post and packages to the following destinations:

Ireland
Due to the increased risk for this destination due to weather conditions, backlog and bank holidays, we herewith send you this reminder: we kindly encourage you to be patience with the delivery to this destination. We already experience a backlog at our network partners in processing, but also unloading (our) trucks if the ferry is given to condition to cross the waters.
