We’re hiring
Project Manager / Producer
Do you love YouTube, social media, storytelling, and turning big creative ideas into real-world projects? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Squidmar Miniatures is one of Sweden’s biggest YouTube channels – and the largest miniature painting channel in the world. We’re looking for a producer / project manager superstar to help us turn creative chaos into finished, shipped, world-class videos and products.
We want someone who lives and breathes YouTube. Someone who understands content strategy, pacing, thumbnails, structure, and storytelling – and probably knows more than we do about how to plan and deliver truly great videos. You don’t need to be a master miniature painter, but you do need a genuine interest in what we do and the ability to learn our processes quickly.
This role sits right at the intersection of creativity, structure, and leadership. You’ll help us grow – without losing what makes Squidmar special.
You’ll manage sponsors, timelines, and deliverables – but you’ll also be deeply involved in the creative process: developing ideas, shaping scripts, and making sure the projects actually happen. If something seems impossible – filming in a ridiculous location, finding a rare miniature, or launching something wild into space – you’re the one who figures it out.
“Impossible” isn’t really in your vocabulary.
And you execute faster than GW sells out a new release.
If building ambitious creative projects sounds like your dream job – we want to hear from you.
Role description
As Project Manager / Producer, you will be responsible for making sure big ideas actually happen.
You will:
Own and drive projects from idea to execution
Coordinate across content, platforms, product, production, and partners
Handle communication with sponsors
Build structure without killing creativity
Spot problems early and solve them calmly
Help prioritize what matters most when everything feels important
This is not a passive coordination role. You are expected to lead, challenge decisions, and take responsibility when things go wrong.
We’re looking for someone who:
Learns fast and adapts faster
Is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
Is not a follower - a leader!
Is structured beyond what’s normal
Keeps track of deadlines and always delivers
Makes decisions quick and move fast
Can communicate clearly with both creatives and non-creatives
Has proven experience running projects or teams (formal titles matter less than real responsibility)
Is calm under pressure and good in messy situations
